2025 VERSE OF THE YEAR
‘So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.‘
Colossians 2:6-7
For us at Emmanuel 2025 is our year of discipleship. As we seek to become more like Jesus we hope this verse will remind us of the importance to continue to be rooted in the teachings of Jesus in order that we might become more like him. We will look at these ideas more in a sermon series in February in the 10am services.
