As we approach Easter, we will turn to the gospel of John, written by one of Jesus’ closest friends.
John states that he wrote his gospel so that ‘you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name’ (John 20 v 31).
We are therefore encouraging those using these studies to consider these questions:
- How does this passage show me that Jesus is the Son of God?
- What does it mean to have life in Jesus’ name?
- What does a response to belief in Jesus look like?
