The Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will take place on Tuesday 4th May 2021 via zoom video call (meeting log in details to be provided in due course).  There will be elections to the PCC.

In order to vote you have been asked to register on the electoral roll by Monday 19th April.

Why it matters

Being on the Electoral Roll is important if you want to take part in the governance of Emmanuel. Only people registered on the Electoral Roll can:

  • Vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting which this year is on the 4th May;
  • Consider standing for the Parochial Church Council (PCC) or take part in the elections for PCC and Deanery Synod members.

Who is eligible

To qualify to be on the Roll you must be a lay person (not an ordained Vicar), over 16 years of age on 4th May 2021, resident in the parish of Emmanuel or have habitually attended services at Emmanuel in the last 6 months. More information is given on the attached form.

What you need to do

If you were on the Electoral Roll at the time of the last APCM in October 2020 you do not have to re-register to be on the Electoral Roll. If you’re not sure please email the Church Office by clicking here.

If you are eligible and wish to be added to the Electoral Roll please fill out an Electoral Roll form and email it to office@emmanuelcroydon.org.uk.
