Emmanuel has a range of groups and activities which provide fun, friendship and fellowship for older people in the community.

Here’s everything we run on a weekly and monthly basis!

Weekly – Alternating between Traditional Service and Activities

Tuesday at 2 is open to all in our community and many find it a place of support and encouragement.

Tuesday at 2 offers a mixture of presentations, activities and a fortnightly service, traditional in style, with organ led hymns, old and new, and including sermons from our preaching team. All are welcome to join us.

When: Every Tuesday from 2pm

Spring/Summer Programme 2026

An exercise class designed to be accessible to seniors! 

We believe that age is just a number, and staying active should be fun, friendly, and accessible to everyone. Our expert-led exercise classes are designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility!

Whether you exercise seated or standing, you’ll find a supportive community where making friends is just as easy as staying strong for life. Plus, regular movement isn’t just great for your body – it’s proven to boost mental well-being and reduce loneliness.

So why not join us and feel the benefits for yourself? Let’s move more, feel better, and live life to the fullest!

Summer Rendezvous is our holiday at home for over 60s.

FRIDAY 21st – SUNDAY 23rd AUGUST 2026

Friday & Saturday – The morning session offers table-tennis, free massage, arts + crafts, seated games and a delicious lunch with Bible thoughts for the day. During the afternoons we will be enjoying a film and music/dance sessions.

Sunday – We will begin with a Rendezvous themed Sunday morning church service, followed by lunch and then an optional afternoon trip to the local croquet club.

£5 per day donation on door.
