Bereavement Journey

A 7 week course enabling you to explore grief

Our Bereavement Journey Course starts on Tuesday June 2nd for 7 weeks. It will run from 7.15-9.30pm, facilitated by Clare Jeffries and Carol Trower. It is for those bereaved recently or at any time (even as a child) who would like the space to think through their grief journey. The course is based around a series of videos followed by discussions in small groups, each led by an experienced facilitator. 

This course is for anyone who wishes to:

  • gain an understanding of their bereavement journey and have the chance to talk about it if they wish to
  • journey alongside others in a gentle environment

The cost is £10 to include refreshments and course materials. Please book by Wednesday (20th May) to allow time for us to buy in the materials.
