Rethinking how you follow Jesus? Experience faith from a different point of view.
In October 2019, Emmanuel Church and International Needs UK invite you to join us on an experience of a lifetime to visit International Needs Projects in Kathmandu and Sindhupalchowk District in rural Nepal.
Christians in Nepal face hardship and discrimination, yet in spite of this the Church is thriving. Through experiencing a new culture, this trip offers an opportunity to be re-energised in your faith and to gain new perspective on your own calling.
This life group will run for approximately 4 weeks before the trip and 6 weeks afterwards – to orientate ourselves culturally and explore how to apply the learning experience to our own context and calling at home.
Cost? The trip will cost approximately £1,250 per person.
Who is it for? Anyone who wants to grow in their faith, explore what it means in their own everyday life and, for some, what’s next for them. A parent/student could come together, a young adult who wants to work out how God wants to direct them, someone planning to leave work, anyone facing a life-changing event/circumstance …. ANYONE! (16-17s can apply but would need to have an accompanying adult)
When? The trip to Nepal will be Friday 18th (evening flight) to Saturday 26th October 2019.
Organisation? We are working in partnership with International Needs.
