Associate Minister for Youth, Families and Children

We are seeking to appoint an Associate Minister for Youth, Families and Children.

This is a leadership role for an ordained minister or experienced youth worker who will be responsible for overseeing Emmanuel’s ministry for the 0 to 25 year olds. The role includes working with children and young people, teaching them in a relevant and engaging manner, and developing ways to connect with others in the community. 

The role also involves leading, overseeing and training teams of staff, volunteers and supporting families in discipleship.  As a member of the Church’s senior leadership team the person will help shape and implement the strategy for Emmanuel’s ministry to 0-25 year olds.
