Childrens Sunday Groups
The Sunday morning groups take place during the 9.30am family service.
The well-equipped and welcoming creche is held in the Watney Room next to the church, for children under 3. There is also a video link to the church service.
Visitors and regulars alike are very welcome to bring their little ones along if they’re getting restless during the service.
The older children all stay in the Service for the first quarter of an hour, and then go to their groups.
3 - 11 year olds go across the road to the Church Hall for “The Rock”, our children’s ministry. The Bible is taught creatively in a fun and friendly way, with video clips, drama, singing, games and activities. Parents then collect their children at 10.55 am, after a cup of coffee in the church hall.
Young people in school years 7-9 go down to the Basement for “Pathfinders”, which teaches about The Bible, God and faith in a stimulating and relevant way.
The first Sunday of every month is a special
all-age service where the children and young people stay in the Church for the whole service to worship as part of the Church family.
