The best way to feel a part of Emmanuel is to get involved in serving others.   Our aim is to be a church where the gifts of every single member are recognised and used.  All our activities rely on volunteers to run – there are many different ways to join in, whatever your age!

reading the bible during our services

helping with small DIY jobs or bigger maintenance projects to help care for our buildings.  we would like to put together a group to meet monthly for a morning of jobs followed by a pub lunch together.

making a difference in the lives of the children attending The Rock, Messy Church or FNP – some people help weekly, some less frequently, all are appreciated!

communicating and publicising our events, activities and news – whilst Lucinda is on maternity leave it would be great to have help ensuring that we tell people what is going on!

looking after babies and small children during services, mum’s homegroups or women’s language classes
