Homegroups

One of the great things about being part of Emmanuel is that it's a big, vibrant church with lots going on. A great way to get involved, to get to know people and to grow in faith is by joining a Home Group.

We have around 30 Home Groups - including more than 280 people - that meet during the week for Bible study, prayer, friendship and mutual support. Our Home Groups include people from the ages of 18 to 80+. Some groups meet on a weekly basis, others on a fortnightly basis, some meet during the day and others meet in the evenings, some are mixed groups and some groups are especially for mums, and can include a crèche for young children. We hope that there's a group where everyone can learn, grow, give and receive.

Our intention for Home Groups is that each one will be:

'a transformational community that studies the Bible, prays, and participates in God's mission together for the purposes of God's transforming work'
