24-7 Prayer

 

 

24-7 prayer started unexpectedly in September 1999, with some young people in England who decided to pray non-stop for a month. In fact they ended up praying for a lot longer!

From there the prayer meeting has spread into many nations, denominations and age-groups.

Emmanuel has been organising 24-7 prayer events over the last year. Over 200 people have participated and it has been amazing to witness some of the things that God did during that time and see the answers to prayer. Within the rush and busyness of Christmas, we want to give you the opportunity to stop, pause and begin Christmas on worship, just as the shepherds and angels did.
